• We reserve the right to cancel orders with pricing errors
• Promotional prices are valid only for specified periods

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopTokyo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or profit.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
