14-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Email support@shoptokyo.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Get Approved

Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) within 1–2 business days.

Ship the Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided return address.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Eligible for Return

  • Item is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging is intact
  • Request made within 14 days of delivery
  • Item is not in the non-returnable list
  • Item arrived damaged or defective

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (fresh produce, bakery)
  • Opened or consumed food products
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Items damaged after delivery by customer

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Inspection completed within 1–2 business days
  • Refund approval notification sent via email
  • Funds returned within 5–10 business days
  • Refund issued to the original payment method

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the damage
  • Include your order number in the message
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund

For all return requests, please contact our support team first. Do not send items back without an approved RMA — unrequested returns cannot be processed.
