We want every ShopTokyo purchase to be a great experience. If something isn't right, our refund process is designed to be straightforward and transparent. Refunds are only issued for approved return requests — please ensure your item meets the return eligibility criteria before submitting a request.

Refund Process

    Contact support within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

    Await approval

    Our team reviews your request within 1–2 business days and issues an RMA if eligible.

  3. 03

    Return the item

    Ship the item back in its original, unused condition using the provided return address.

  4. 04

    Inspection

    We inspect the returned item upon receipt, typically within 1–2 business days.

  5. 05

    Refund issued

    Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products that have been used, opened, or consumed
  • Perishable goods (fresh produce, bakery, chilled items)
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling
  • Clearance or final-sale items marked as non-returnable
  • Items returned without an approved RMA reference
  • Return requests submitted after the 14-day window

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • First, check your bank account or payment provider dashboard
  • Contact your credit card provider — processing may take a few additional days
  • If the issue persists, contact us at support@shoptokyo.com

Partial Refunds

In some circumstances, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion, including:

  • Items returned with minor packaging damage
  • Orders where only part of the shipment was affected
  • Cases where a restocking fee may be applicable
